Typical timelines run 4-8 weeks: design, execution, analysis, recommendations. Urgent shorter studies are possible with trade-off on depth.

Will online research alone suffice?

Often not in China. Especially in lower tier regions or specific consumer groups, face-to-face or moderated methods are crucial to capture nuance and avoid bias.
